Djinja-C ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the 2DSUITE desktop application and website.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider).

Usage data: We collect anonymised analytics about feature usage, session duration, and crash reports to improve the product.

Screen capture data: 2DSUITE uses real-time screen capture to provide AI coaching. Screenshots are processed transiently via encrypted API calls to our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) and are never stored, logged, or retained by us or any third party.

Revit model data: The optional Revit add-in (TwoDSuiteBridge) runs locally inside Autodesk Revit. It communicates with the 2DSUITE desktop app via a local JSON file in your user profile. No Revit model data, project files, families, or BIM content are transmitted to Djinja-C or any third party. What you see on screen during a coaching session may be captured as part of the Screen capture data category above — but the Revit API is never called on behalf of external services.

Voice data: Voice mode uses Windows SAPI or the browser Web Speech API for speech-to-text on your local machine. Voice transcripts are only transmitted as part of the transient AI API call described above and are not stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the 2DSUITE service
• To process subscriptions and payments
• To send essential service communications (e.g. billing receipts, security alerts)
• To improve product quality through anonymised analytics
• To respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Screen content is sent via encrypted API calls for AI inference. Anthropic does not retain input data for model training under our commercial agreement.
• Payment processors: LemonSqueezy (merchant of record), for subscription billing and VAT/GST handling.
• Analytics: PostHog (EU-hosted) for anonymised usage analytics; Sentry for crash reporting.
• Email: Kit (ConvertKit) for onboarding email sequences, if you opt in.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Screen capture data is never stored beyond the duration of a single API call.

5. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Export your data in a portable format

6. Cookies

The 2DSUITE desktop application does not use cookies. Our website uses minimal first-party cookies for authentication and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

7. Children's Privacy

2DSUITE is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
