This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back for a paid 2DSUITE subscription. It applies to subscriptions to the 2DSUITE application operated by Djinja-C ("we", "our", "us"), founded by Carlos Cardoso. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like to decide whether 2DSUITE is worth upgrading for.
For your first paid subscription to a Pro or Studio plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of that first charge. We'll cancel the subscription and return the amount you paid. This is our commitment under, and in addition to, your statutory rights as a UK/EU consumer.
Email [email protected] from the address you used to subscribe, and include your order number (it's in your purchase confirmation email). We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Payments for 2DSUITE are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. You will also receive their standard receipt and invoice for the transaction.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your billing portal or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Beyond the 14-day guarantee above, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods or for renewal charges, except where required by law. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us — we deal with these case by case and in good faith.
Purchases made with the LAUNCH3 promotional code are eligible for the same 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid (i.e. the discounted price), not the standard list price.
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding), or where a refund is requested outside the timeframes above and is not otherwise required by law.
If something has gone wrong — a double charge, a failed activation, a feature not working — please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster and more fully ourselves.
